Similar to its counterpart – Sémillon 1 of 1 – except this juice was fermented and aged in neutral French oak. The lemon and wet slate aromas combine to give the impression of a gin & tonic, with maybe a touch of peach. The mouthfeel is svelte and smooth, with flavors like lemon basil, apple and a hint of lanolin.
