he 2021 Cabernet Franc was stored for 22 months in 40% new French oak before bottling. Dried sage and black currants mark the nose alongside violets. The palace is dense and rich with layers of roasted dates, creme de violette, tar and tobacco leaf. Full-bodied, with good verve, enjoy now and over the next fifteen years. Drink 2024-2039
