This traditional blend captures the warmth and complexity of the appellation with layered dark fruit, Provençal herbs, spice, and refined tannins. Organic farming and careful vineyard management allow the region’s famed galets roulés soils to shine through. Equally rewarding now or after additional cellaring, it is a classic expression from one of the appellation’s most respected producers.
