Barbacan Alpi Retiche Rosso (2022) – Barbacan Rosso Alpi Retiche is a red wine made from 100% Chiavennasca (local name for Nebbiolo) grapes grown organically in Valtellina, Lombardy, Northern Italy. Spontaneous fermentation, unfined, unfiltered, no added sulfites. Great red wine from Valtellina, delicate, nuanced, violets and small berries on the nose, wait half an hour for some earthiness, nice acidity on the palate with tamarind and blood orange on the finish.
