Alex Foillard Brouilly (2021) Just south of the famed Cru of Morgon is the lesser known Cru of the Côte de Brouilly. The vines here are 30-60 years old. The rocky soils seem to marry the fruitiness of Beaujolais with the power of the wines from the northern Rhone, which actually aren’t that far south from here.
