From the owners of Screaming Eagle come The Hilt and JONATA, two labels with some of the most prized vineyards in Santa Barbara County. Growing grapes in both Sta Rita Hills and Ballard Canyon, they are producing a wide array of wines with distinctive characteristics.
This is a formal, seated tasting event. Each guest will receive a half-glass of five wines.

The Hilt Estate Chardonnay 2019

Beautiful and disarmingly pure expression of fresh red raspberry. Black cherry, black tea, black pepper, and orange blossom. Wonderfully evocative.

JONATA Todos 2018
45% Syrah, 21% Cabernet Sauvignon, 14% Petite Verdot, 9% Petit Sirah, 5% Merlot, 6% Misc. others. – Savory, earth-driven and lifted by floral aromatics. Violet candies, balsamic, nutmeg, espresso bean, black pepper, black cherry and ripe blackberry. Stunning, graceful and complete. The definition of balance. Robust dark fruit, buoyed by energetic acidity and buffered by soft and coating tannins.
