Winemaker Notes: Cuveé from Zweigelt and some St. Laurent (approx. 90% to 10%), which should whet your appetite for more. Handpicked, spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel tanks, maceration for about 10 days, then pressed and aged in old barrels. A wine for every occasion – uncomplicated and universally applicable.
