Vigneti Vecchio ‘Donna Bianca’ Terre Siciliane Rosso (2021) – Tasting Notes: The Vigneti Vecchio Terre Siciliane Rosso Donna Bianca comes from a vineyard on Mt. Etna planted in 1950 with a mix of red and white grapes. Nerello Mascalese, Nerello Cappuccio and Alicante make up 90% of the blend, with the rest being local white grapes that lend a freshness and drinkability to this red. Floral, elegant and silky-smooth, this is excellent with lighter fare, roast chicken, or antipasti.
