Trois Maisons Bordeaux Rouge (2019) – The Trois Maisons is medium-full in body with fruit forward aromas, ripe flavors, and soft tannins. A wine that can hold in the cellar for 4-5 years, the palate offers notes of myrobalan, cassis and violet. A great introduction to Bordeaux’s approachable side, and a reminder why we should drink more Merlot. Consider pairing it with fatty shish kebab or black pepper steaks.
