Top Source Syrah (2019)

This is a meaty, balanced Syrah with restrained alcohol and one purpose in life: provide optimal pleasure when opened. The aromas capture that special moment when the fat from a roasting pork shoulder drips onto the red-hot coals of an open fire. Other aromas include dark raspberries, black olives, marjoram and fresh-cracked white pepper.
