Sonder Orange Field Blend (2022)

Sonder Orange Field Blend (2022) – This vibrant wine is made with a blend of white Rhône varietals that remain on their skins for six weeks. The wine is then aged in neutral French puncheons with weekly bâtonnage (stirring). Direct pressed Viognier is added to the fermentation to add brightness and vibrancy. It is a light, bright wine with hints of spring flowers and candied orange peel. 90% white grape field blend; 10% Viognier. Pair with spicy lentil soup.
