Seehof Riesling Trocken (2021)

The 2021 Seehof Riesling Trocken (“trocken” is German for “dry”) is a crisp and laser-focused style of Riesling. The palate has bracing acidity and ripe stone fruit flavors of apricot and golden delicious apple, coupled with lemon peel and featuring intense minerality. On the palate, this wine is tightly-wound and full of energy, with concentrated fruit flavors and a long finish. It is fermented in stainless steel and sourced from the younger vines from three Grand Cru sites. Pair with fish tacos.
