As we welcome spring, we’re excited to share with you the 2021 Rosé Pétillant Naturel. Crafted using the ancestral method, this wine is bottled before primary fermentation is finished — without the addition of secondary yeasts or sugars. The wine completes the fermentation process in the bottle, capturing Co2 and resulting in a lively, rustic, terrior-driven sparkling SCRIBE wine.
