Romain Chamiot Mondeuse (2022)- Light ruby red core with pink edges, you could mostly see through the glass ala pinot noir. The nose was med+ with a perfume of high-toned red fruits, a melange of bright strawberry, cherry, raspberry, pepper and spices that suggest stem inclusion (100%), subtle mineral and saline notes that keep things fresh. The palate is medium bodied, with med+ acidity. Texturally chalky tannins add a pleasant density and structure in the mouth. Flavor intensity is med+ as well as the finish that is spicy, fruit and mineral inflected
