Riccitelli ‘The Party’ Malbec (2023)

Riccitelli ‘The Party’ Malbec (2023) – Grapes from high-altitude vineyards in the Uco Valley, where calcareous soils predominate, located between 1,200 and 1,400 meters above sea level. Aging continues in small concrete tanks until the next harvest. We make vinification from whole bunches; the grapes arrive naturally by gravity to open vats, where fermentation takes place with indigenous yeasts at temperatures between 25º and 27ºC for several weeks. The aging takes place in small concrete vessels for 12 months.
