Redentore Refosco IGT (2020)

This full-bodied red wine has a beautiful ruby color and hints of blackberry and chocolate on the nose. It is made with the Refosco dal Peduncolo Rosso grape. The wine is fermented using wild yeasts in stainless steel. It offers plenty of complexity and acidity to complement Italian cuisine. Pair with beef and porcini mushroom stew.
