Redentore Prosecco Rosé (2021)

85% Glera and 15% Pinot Noir – a perfectly pink Rosé with 8 g/l RS and only 11.5% Alc. 100% estate fruit from 15-year-old organic vines planted to clay/limestone soils. second fermentation via Charmat process with no added sulphur. The wine has a beautiful pink color, a persistent bead, and focused notes of pear, raspberries, and white flowers.
