Montes Classic Series Cabernet Sauvignon (2019)

Winemaker Notes: An intense ruby-red colour, this Cabernet Sauvignon shows itself to be fruity and fresh, with a broad range of red berry aromas, and sweet notes of pastry and candy, as well as interesting notes of tobacco and vanilla thanks to the 8 months’ ageing in French oak. On the palate the wine is balanced, with medium body and smooth tannins; fruit flavours are well entwined with toast from the oak, leaving a lingering sensation that is smooth and pleasing. 85% Cabernet Sauvignon, 15% Merlot
