Lyrarakis Assyrtiko Vóila is a white wine produced in the island of Crete, Greece by the Lyrarakis winery. It is made from 100% Assyrtiko grapes grown in the Voila vineyard at an altitude of 580 meters above sea level. The wine is characterized by its intense aromas of citrus, green apple, and hints of minerality. On the palate, it is crisp and refreshing with a medium body and a long finish. This wine is best paired with seafood, grilled fish, or light dishes.
