Harvested by hand in Touraine, vinified in Noizay. Grapes destemmed by hand. Maceration for 14 days in tank. Delicate vinification to keep the elegance in the wine. No fruit extraction or tannins. After pressing, vinification and ageing in barrel for one year. No filtration. The wine has a lot going on, an abundance of delicate black fruit, juicy and fleshy with a long finish.
