Keller Riesling ‘von der Fels’ (2022)
Von der fels means “from the rocks” and this dry Riesling is a blend of young vines from the Grosses Gewächs’ vineyards that Keller works. The wine is highly aromatic and fresh. On the palate the wine has a razor sharp acidity with an elegance that only comes from the magic Klaus-Peter Keller can work in the vineyards. Pair this wine with a rich sauerbraten and spätzle.
