Winemaker Notes: Sandy loam soil atop a south facing vineyard site along the Snake River creates the perfect conditions for producing this highly aromatic and complex Huston Riesling. The arid climate during the growing season enhances the aromatic quality of peach and honeydew melon. This complex wine displays a mid-palate flavor of apricot and citrus, with a brilliant acidity level creating  a lively dry and crisp finish.
