Hoquetus Cabernet Franc Rosé (2023) – Whole-cluster, foot-stomped Cabernet Franc, fermented in neutral oak barrel, unfined/unfiltered. Pale copper in color, this Rosé has the ability to develop with bottle age but will also reward those thirsty now. Savory, tart red fruits and citrus, flint, stoney minerality and cheese rind.
