Gregoletto Prosecco ‘Sui Lieviti’ (2022)

Straw yellow color. Light, fine and persistent perlage. Essential and light, it has a scent that varies with time. From fresh and fruity notes reminiscent of unripe apple and wisteria flowers combined with a delicate perception of “bread crust”, with the passage of time, we arrive at increasingly complex notes deriving from contact with the yeast on the bottom. The taste is dry.
