The grapes are macerated for a short period on the skins followed by a direct pressing. The grapes for Beaujolais Nouveau Rosé are hand selected to produce a wine with fresh acidity and crisp flavors.
Tasting notes: The wine is an immediate delight on the nose, with aromas of small red fruits (redcurrant and cranberry). Refreshing, fruity and supple on the palate, it is a prefect expression of Nouveau Rosé. It pairs well with appetizers, cheese, charcuterie, and salmon.
