Product Description

“PARVATA” (sanskrit for “Mountain”) is our Red Mountain southern Rhône-inspired blend, cultivated in blocks from the sandy soils of the middle and lower sections of this vineyard. Bottled unfined and unfiltered. Boysenberry, currants, ground peppercorn, dried lilac, cured meat and loamy earth dominate the expressive nose. The palate is vibrant and luscious with additional flavors of wild blueberry and milk chocolate.

This is a blend of Mourvèdre (42%), Syrah (32%), Grenache (21%) Cinsault (3%) and Counoise. Dark cherry, spice, orange rind and scorched-earth aromas lead to quite ripe, textured blue and black fruit flavors. It’s hedonism in the glass.
