The new 2019 FIGGINS Red Wine (OB, 95) might be a greater achievement considering the coolness of the vintage which was impacted by frosts in early October. I have little doubt that the high elevation of this site allowed the grapes to reach peak phenolic ripeness for this wine. The 2019 FIGGINS is complex and delicious with pillowy texture and incredible weight and range. Buy this beauty with confidence.
