Winemaker Tom Fitzpatrick teases lovely subtle flavors out of these low-ripened grapes. Dive in and you’ll find trails of blood orange, lemon zest, peaches, fir cones and lemony herbs. The core fruit is tight and compact but contributes to the overall balance of the wine. Give it aeration and/or bottle age and it will develop gracefully.
