Domaine Roulot Monthelie (2020)

An elegant wine, with an almost crunchy, bright pomegranate and red cherry fruit touched with floral notes. The texture is light and fresh, but not lacking substance. This delightful wine is produced from the 0.36ha of Pinot planted in Monthélie in the lieux-dits Les Jouènes and Les Gamets. The fruit is all destemmed and cold soaked before fermentation in vat
