Domaine Huet Vouvray Pétillant (2019)

Winemaker Notes: A gourmet wine par excellence, Sparkling has been produced in Vouvray for almost 200 years. In keeping with our wine traditions, it is distinguished by a fine bubble. Not very effervescent and therefore not very aggressive, it gives way to the fleshy expression of Chenin. Our bottles of Sparkling are stored away from light in the galleries of our cellar under the tufa. Our choice for optimum taste quality is to keep these cuvées on lath for at least three years. This allows the aromas to refine quietly and to offer a distinctive character to the sparkling wines of Domaine Huet.
