Domaine Bailly-Reverdy Pouilly-Fumé (2023)

Pale yellow with silver highlights. A beautifully complex nose. Initially, sunny notes of yellow fruit (apricot), peach in syrup and powdered almonds. With aeration, the aromatic bouquet becomes more complex and airy. Notes of citrus peel (orange) and orange blossom emerge. Clean attack. The palate as a whole is beautifully taut and salivating. A slight bitterness marks the finish, reminiscent of citrus fruit (grapefruit).
