Draping in concentration this wine is oozing tropical (think passionfruit, guava), white peach and citrus fruit (think gooseberry, tangerine) setting the tone for one of the richest and most complex Sauvignon Blancs in Washington State. Paired with fresh cut herbs and gravelly rock dust, it is like sipping on liquid energy. Mid palate density/weight and sweet fruit flavors are off the scale! Salty, juicy, and ripe; pithy and pure, this vintage has enough stuffing to age well. Drink now – 2028.
