Product Description

COS Pithos Rosso (2021) This is Frappato and Nero d’Avola coming from an estate vineyard in Vittoria from red soils. The wine is aged in amphora, a clay jar classically used for ancient Mediterranean wines. It is followed by 2-3 months in concrete and then another 3 months in bottle before release.
