The red wines, of great distinction, present under subtle rubies subtle aromas and a bouquet of great complexity; Full-bodied, rich in noble tannins, they have a good aging potential. Grenache 45%, Mourvèdre 30%, Cinsaut 5%, grapes “secondary” 20% including Syrah, castet, manosquin, carignan, various muscats.
