This medium-bodied red blend consists of 50% Carignan (a portion from 100+ year old vines), 40% Syrah, and 10% Grenache grown on the hillsides of Minervois in the Languedoc-Roussillon area of southwest France. Expect rich, dark red and black fruits balanced with a good dose of earthiness and pepper. Pair with cassoulet or burger and fries.
