Champagne Pierre Trichet L’Authentique Brut Rosé (NV) – The nose is fruity, gourmand and offers a fine creaminess. It reveals notes of crushed / fleshy strawberry and a hint of raspberry associated with fine notes of ripe white fruit (peach, pear) as well as discreet hints of mandarin and exotic fruits. The palate is fruity, gourmand, suave, precise, quite “melodic” and offers a fine tension, an acid frame, a small creaminess as well as a nice volume.
