Ca N’Estruc Blanco (2021)

This is a bright white wine blend of native Spanish grapes. It has a perfumed nose with aromas of sweet flowers and tropical fruits. The palate is expressive and friendly, with a good balance between sweet notes and freshness, and final hints of stone fruit and light aniseed notes. 70% Xarel-lo, 15% Muscat, 10% Macabeu, 5% White Garnacha. Pair with oysters.
