The Big Flower Cabernet comes from one of South Africa’s most densely planted vineyards at 10,000 plants per hectare. Suitably rich, tannic and compact, it’s a wine that needs time to soften in bottle, but is stylishly oaked with scented damson and blackcurrant fruit and vivid acidity.
