Anne et Jean-François Ganevat Chardonnay ‘Fortbeau’ (2018) The Fortbeau Chardonnay comes from old vines around the Jura region, with the grapes purchased and vinified by the Ganevats. Everything is done as naturally as possible: natural yeasts, no sulphur, no fining or filtration. The result is a pure and fresh wine with abundant notes of citrus and stone fruits and a spicy and nutty edge that you often find in slightly aged Chardonnay, particularly from the Jura.
