Achillée Crémant Zéro Dosage (2020) – Deep yellow with pink nuances. Very clear. Persistent and fine mousse. On the nose: Intense, with notes of mirabelle plum, hazelnut, red apple and citrus fruits (mainly orange peel). We can also identify star fruit and physalis (subtle aromas of fresh fruit). Notes of brioche and almonds on the finish. Palate: Fine and persistent bubbles. Very ample on the palate, testifying to the richness of the vintage. Ripe fruits (red apple, citrus fruits and porridge). Finish underlined by spicy notes such as cinnamon.
