Our next tasting event will feature the fabulous world of Cabernet Sauvignon! Join us on Thursday, March 7 at 6 p.m., when General Manager Travis Doyle will lead us through five fantastic wines.
Cabernet Sauvignon is arguably the world’s most famous grape. It is an adaptable variety and can thrive in many different environments. Even with this widespread planting, the wines made from Cabernet Sauvignon retain similar characteristics. They have a deep red color, are medium to full-bodied, and have a general flavor profile of dark fruits and spices.
For this tasting, we have gathered five of our favorite Cabernet Sauvignon wines from around the world to show how this grape can maintain its “Cab” identity along with the nuance of its terroir.
