DUE TO POPULAR DEMAND: SECOND DATE ADDED!
For our next tasting event, we invite you to explore the world of Cabernet Franc! Join us on Thursday, February 29 at 6 p.m. as our general manager Travis Doyle leads us through five distinct expressions of this fantastic varietal.
Cabernet Franc is one of the most ancient grape varieties in existence and is the parent grape of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Carménère. It is known for its flavors of mint, tobacco, and green bell pepper. There is much variety in Cabernet Franc wines. Depending on where it’s planted, they can be lighter or bolder, a true representation of terroir. During this tasting, we will sample wines from France, Washington, California, and South Africa.
