Hundred Suns Wine is known for thoughtful, vineyard-driven Willamette Valley Pinot Noir that keeps people coming back for another glass. This tasting features an all-Pinot Noir lineup from the 2023 vintage, poured side by side to highlight how site and farming choices shape expression across the range. The wines are expressive, balanced, and easy to spend time with, making this a great opportunity to dig into one producer’s vision and enjoy Pinot Noir in its most satisfying form.

Tastings at Hyde Park Fine Wines are guided but unhurried, offering a relaxed format with thoughtful support throughout. Each guest will be served five wines, thoughtfully poured for discovery and comparison as you explore the flight at your own pace. Our sommelier will introduce the theme at the start and remain available throughout to offer context, answer questions, and share insights tailored to your tasting experience.
