Tasting Tables – Gramercy Cellars

Gramercy Cellars is a cornerstone of modern Walla Walla, known for terroir-driven Rhône and Bordeaux varieties sourced from top vineyard parcels across the valley. Built on low-intervention winemaking and extended aging, these wines prioritize structure and depth over immediacy. This tasting brings together Gramercy’s core red expressions, moving from expressive blends into site-driven Syrah and a firmly structured Cabernet Sauvignon. Grounded in site and built with intent, these wines show why Gramercy remains a standard-bearer in Walla Walla.

Tastings at Hyde Park Fine Wines are guided but unhurried, offering a relaxed format with thoughtful support throughout. Each guest will be served five wines, thoughtfully poured for discovery and comparison as you explore the flight at your own pace. Our sommelier will introduce the theme at the start and remain available throughout to offer context, answer questions, and share insights tailored to your tasting experience.
