Named for the old cellar dog who passed away in 2014, the 2020 Shelter Lovely Lily is 100% Pinot Noir (known as “Spätburgunder” in Germany) that expresses the delicacy and elegance of old-world Pinot Noir. Light ruby in color, this Pinot is bursting with aromas of strawberry, cranberry, and pomegranate. The palate is polished and full of energy and precision with lively crunchy red fruit flavors and a strong mineral core. Pair with grilled pork tenderloin or grilled salmon.
