This Tempranillo blend is made from the youngest vines in the estate (average age of 25 years). It is a bright red wine, with dark fruity aromas and fresh acidity. The wine was fermented with natural yeasts and aged in stainless steel, then bottled without filtration. 95% Tempranillo, 3% Graciano, 2% Garnacha. Pair with chili and cornbread.
