This easy-to-drink red field blend hails from Swabia, an obscure German wine growing region. The wine is expressive with notes of sour cherries, mulberry, violets, pink peppercorn, and mushroom. It has a lively acidity and present tannins. Pair with classic German Maultaschen (meat dumplings). Blend of Lemberger, Trollinger, Regent, and Schwarzriesling grapes.
