Rajat Parr Wines ‘Romance’ Chardonnay (2019) – Romance Chardonnay comes from our Domaine de la Côte estate vineyards on the very western edge of the Sta. Rita Hills. I am excited to share the very first Sandhi Chardonnay we have planted and grown ourselves. The wine is concentrated and dense. There is so much going on with this wine and I suspect it will evolve slowly and beautifully over time. It is my hope that Romance Chardonnay will become the new benchmark for Chardonnay in the Sta. Rita Hills. 128 cases produced
