Olga Raffault Chinon (2018)


From the Importer: From the Chinon AOC. This wine is a blend of purchased and estate fruit on Chinon’s sandy terroirs. Grapes are destemmed and macerated for 15 days. Fermented and aged in stainless steel for minimum six months. Three grams of S02 are added per hectoliter on the harvest with an addition of one to three grams at bottling.
