Product Description

Grenache, pressed quickly and bottled with low residual sugar. Lots of happy microbes in the vineyard meant that there was lots of action in the bottle, so the wines needed to be disgorged. Then, the wine rested for six months. Clean fruit – red apple, golden pear, white cranberry.
